Meta Program Manager, Workforce Planning in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

At Meta, Mission Control plays a critical role in driving business success by efficiently integrating financial plans, business priorities, and workforce strategies into operational plans. As trusted partners, Mission Control is committed to revolutionizing and seamlessly executing Meta's workforce plans in alignment with the strategies defined by our stakeholders, policy-makers, and executive leadership. The Program Management team serves as a central connector, with the core responsibility of development and executing strategic and operational plans or broad workforce initiatives across Meta.

Required Skills:

Program Manager, Workforce Planning Responsibilities:

  1. As a Program Manager for Mission Control, you will lead the way in achieving large-scale program success through collaboration within Mission Control and with our cross-functional partners (e.g. Finance, Recruiting, HR, Analytics). Your role entails overseeing the development and execution of complex ambiguous programs, while optimizing and scaling Meta’s workforce planning and management operations. Serving as a trusted partner and strategic thinker, you will craft and drive cohesive strategies across the organization. Your dedication to program management and operational enhancements will shine as you proactively mitigate risks, foster a passion for continuous improvement, and drive innovative solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 7+ years of workforce planning management experience - or a related field - with a focus on program management, change management, process or tooling enablement, or a related role

  2. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and driving alignment with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes on short timeframes

  3. Successful track record of leading teams through ambiguity, building scalable programs, and driving strategic initiatives

  4. High ownership and success delivering systems optimization, programs, and/or process improvements in in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to changing priorities and challenges

  5. Robust project management and analytical skills with expertise in strategic planning, execution, and optimization

  6. Executive presence with experience influencing, collaborating, and presenting to varying levels of audiences and diverse teams

  7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in program management

Public Compensation:

$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
