job is ON - SITE. FTE: 0.500000 Shift: 1st shift Flexible hours Monday -
Friday to equal 20 hrs with occasional on call once a month Job Summary:
Works with other members of the Spiritual Services staff to provide
spiritual care to patients, visitors and the health care staff of
Froedtert Health. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: At least one year of
chaplaincy experience preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Completion of an
undergraduate degree from a college, university, or theological school
accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation
(CHEA) and a graduate-level theological degree from a college,
university or theological school accredited by a member of the CHEA
TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Satisfactory completion of four units of Clinical
Pastoral Education accredited by the Association for Clinical Pastoral
Education (ACPE), the National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC),
or its equivalent. Training Preferred: Documentation of current
endorsement or of good standing in accordance with the requirements of
his/her own faith/spiritual tradition preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS
DESCRIPTION: Ecclesiastical endorsement by a faith group preferred.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Certification as a Board Certified Chaplain (BCC)
in with the Association of Professional Chaplains, the National
Association of Catholic Chaplains, Neshama: Association of Jewish
Chaplains or Spiritual Care Association within three years of hire.
