REMOTE. FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Flexible 1st shift 8 am to 4:30 pm with an
on call rotation every 4 -5 weeks Job Summary: Responsible for providing
direction and technical expertise needed to design, implement and
maintain the F&MCW IT Identity and Access Management environment. This
role includes responsibility for configuring access management software,
implementing IAM administration functions across multiple operating
systems and hardware platforms, and developing and implementing
appropriate IAM security policies and procedures. The ability to
effectively communicate with all levels of the business on security
issues, ensuring that the companies information assets are properly
protected, is essential. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE
DESCRIPTION: A minimum of three years of relevant security
administration experience is required. Experience in a hospital or
healthcare setting is preferred. Experience as a PAM administrator
preferred. Experience as an Automated Provisioning System administrator
preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Knowledge of computer principles at a
level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree in a
relevant technology field or acquired through a combination of education
and experience is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Advanced
knowledge of IT concepts including: risk, cybersecurity, governance,
compliance, operating systems, databases, networking, application and
web technologies Exceptional computer skills utilizing and supporting MS
Office and MS Exchange/Outlook Ability to communicate with all levels of
organization and vendors Ability to develop and follow department
policies, standards, procedures and guidelines for Identity and Access
Management activities. Demonstrated skills in project management,
teamwork, critical thinking, and continuous process improvement Maintain
