Location: Menomonee Falls, WI Position Summary: An Inside Sales
Specialist (ISS) is responsible for generating profitable revenue
through relationship development and mining for new opportunities with
existing customers and following up on in-bound leads and outbound
direct marketing leads with prospective customers. An Inside Sales
Specialist is accountable to achieve monthly phone, email, and lead
generation goals that advance the sales pipeline and achieve the
forecast through successful interactions with customers and prospects
and collaboration with internal members of the with sales, marketing,
and engineering teams. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing team in developing target market and customer
lists. Follow up on inbound leads from referrals, web site, trade shows,
call ins, etc. Lead outbound sales campaigns to existing customers and
prospective companies. Generate interest, make connections, build our
brand, and develop opportunities via phone, email, and video conference.
Establish and sustain professional relationships with customers by
building trust, quickly responding to inquiries and RFQ\'s, and being
easy to work with. Provide quotes and proposals while demonstrating a
proficient level of technical knowledge. Analyze customers\' needs and
challenges, identify decision makers and recommend solutions. Maintain
pipeline CRM for all opportunities, sales potential, activities and
status. Track sales metrics and provide performance reports.
Continuously increase knowledge of markets, manufacturing processes,
materials, and applications. Maintain positive relationships across the
company to drive personal and organizational growth. Provide thoughtful
suggestions to continuously improve the business. Qualifications
required: College degree preferred, but not required. At least 2 years
of sales experience - outside sales, inside sales, call center, or
