DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Description: Process Engineer The
Impact You\'ll Make in this Role As a Process Engineer, you will have
the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of
the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will
make an impact by: * Taking ownership of multiple high precision
machining lines in the tooling department within the Microreplication
Operations Value Stream. * Initiating and leading projects that result
in continuous improvement of Product and Process Understanding (PPU),
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and machine Overall Equipment
Effectiveness (OEE). * Being on-call during off shift production hours
and potentially responding by being in the plant during off shift time
as needed from the production team. * Leading Lean Six Sigma projects
and Kaizen events focused on improvement of process control plans to
ensure products are manufactured at peak performance in alignment with
customer requirement. Work location: Menomonie, WI Travel: May include
up to 5% [domestic/international] Relocation Assistance: May be

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for
this position is \$137,439 - \$167,981, which includes base pay plus
variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith
estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a
candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the
candidate\'s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or
experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of

Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Science or Engineering (completed and
verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. * Five (5)
years of manufacturing experience within a production plant setting in a
private, public, government or military environment Additional
qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role
include: * Experience with precision machining and control systems. *
Good statistical background with knowledge of Lean/Six-Sigma
methodologies * Good written and oral communication skills *
Experience leading and/or participating on cross functional teams *
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong communication skills both
verbal and written, analytical and organizational skills to manage
different priorities * Experience generating and supporting capital
