Technology Supervisor The Impact You\'ll Make in this Role As a
Technology Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your

organize, and direct manufacturing transformation activities and
policies, including the leadership of a team focused on advancing the
transformation and capabilities of the plant. * Provide direct
supervision to a highly technical team including Manufacturing Systems
Engineers, Control Systems Engineers, and Automated Inspection Engineers
* Lead transformational culture change in the integration of data
management systems (IT) with industrial operation systems (OT) * Drive
sustainable improvements in factory through a digital transformation to
increase data visibility Work location: * Menomonie, WI Travel: May

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect
physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies
subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

this position is \$137,439 - \$167,981, which includes base pay plus
variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith
estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a
candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the
candidate\'s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or
experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Your Skills and Expertise To set you up

following qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree or higher (completed and
verified prior to start) * Seven (7) years in one or more of the
following areas: manufacturing technology, process engineering and/or
manufacturing operations in a private, public, government, or military
environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even
further in this role include: * Demonstrated strong leadership ability,
history of leading high-performance teams * Expertise with the most
current theories and practices in integration of data management systems
(IT) with industrial operation systems (OT) * Technology as well as
overall operations optimization. * Experience with robust system
