Job Title: Maintenance Facilities Manager

Job Description

As the Maintenance Facilities Manager, you will lead the overall maintenance planning and scheduling for our industrial manufacturing site, ensuring operational stability through strategic predictive maintenance programs such as vibration, lubrication analysis, and thermography. You will be responsible for the quality of maintenance tasks, both by internal crafts and external contractors, and drive improvements in site EHS, operational uptime, and cost reduction. This role involves leading critical parts inventory management, contractor management, and providing oversight to capital projects related to infrastructure and process technologies. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the maintenance budget, support improvement projects, and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
