Description Essential Functions Supervise and assist children in the child care center while following the established daily activities, provide excellent customer service while checking-in and checking-out parents and children and answering phones, and maintain cleanliness of childcare center Supervise, observe and interact with children of various ages and maintain discipline to ensure a safe, kid-friendly environment Assist with bathroom activities and change diapers when necessary Ensure the safety of the children by monitoring environment and taking action when needed Orient parents on policies and procedures Check-in children and parents by name and with customer service awareness Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
