Tommy Zapp with Robert Half is looking to place a permanent bookkeeper with our Metal Fabrication client! This Bookkeeper position would be best suited for organized and self-driven accounting professionals that are seeking a role with a deadline-driven environment and minimal supervision. As the Bookkeeper, you will supervise the month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. Also, the Bookkeeper will handle coding, light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. This Bookkeeper opportunity will be located in the Mesa, Arizona area and will be a permanent position. Apply for this position today!

Accounts Payable
Handle Accounts Receivable
Credit Card management and reconciliation
Arrange cash flow projections, as needed
Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Requirements - Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills
Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plus
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Detailed and have the ability work independently
Microsoft Excel experience
Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
