Requirements:
Independent License in Social Work (LPC/LCSW)
Master's Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health
3-5 years of clinical and administrative managerial experience
2-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical supervision, in accordance with requirements set forth by the Arizona Administrative Code as well as the Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, to assigned staff, including clinicians licensed at the associate or masters level, agency supervisors and managers and Peer Support Specialists.
In accordance with R9-20-205, implements, monitors and complies with plan for clinical supervision, ensuring that clinical supervisions address the treatment of all clients.
Pay Details: $104,742.98 to $115,741.00 per year
