Nature of Work
Provide overall management for a project or assist
senior management on projects. Manage a
field staff, contract documents, subcontractor performance, vendor
compliance,
budgets, costs, safety, profitability, and statutory and legal
compliance. Maintain constructive relationships and
communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community
officials
and company staff.

Conduct pre-construction reviews including estimate review and
contract documents. Develop purchasing strategies, project flow
charts and schedules.

Ensure subcontractors meet expectations of contract documents.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Direct and supervise the purchase of major equipment.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Establish and coordinate overall project schedule.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Ensure labor, material, subcontractors, and equipment cost control
for all projects.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Provide any required project billings.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Ensure accurate completion and updating of all required project
reports.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Maintain client relationships and assist in development of new
business.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Ensure projects are completed per contract documents and schedule.
[]{segoe="" ui\";\"=""}
Assume responsibility for providing a safe work environment, as well
as complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Conducts actions in a professional and unbiased manner.

which, per Company\'s vehicle policy, allows operation of a company

Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to

Financial Management

Develops, manages, and oversees key financial components (e.g.,
financial plans
