Bilingual Quality Assurance Manager
Description:
This Quality Assurance Manager consists of managing the production of packaging created by printing press machines for various items such as food labels, cleaning supplies, and other household items. This role will be responsible for overseeing the quality of the packaging and pressing department, assist with development and implementation plans for best practices within the production facility, and improved processes to increase production metrics. This role will require providing feedback/coaching plant management staff to improve quality products. Actively participates in Production, Quality, and safety within the facility. Developing audit schedules to very adherence and provide routine reports to the plant manager.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-AIB Certified (Food grade packaging) -MUST be ISO certified
-Bilingual in Spanish (+)
-Proficient with quality tools such as Root Cause Counter Measure, Statistical process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis, Internal Auditing, Failure mode Effects Analysis
-Printing Press supervisor Exp or QA experience within a printing press department
-Must have the ability to read blueprints
-Lean sigma Six exp is Experience Level:
