Our pharma client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team for
the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This hybrid role (3 days onsite / 2
remote) in Mettawa requires a Project Manager who is adept at managing
timelines, allocating resources, and taking notes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree required\
Minimum 4 years of project management experience within an ad agency;
pharmaceutical experience is a plus\
Super detail-oriented\
Expertise in timeline adherence\
Strong collaborator\
Nice to have: Agency experience with a pharma and digital background\
Excellent communication skills: verbal, presentation, written\
High energy, positive, organized individual comfortable in a
high-visibility role\
Ability to focus on both the big picture and small details
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the assigned account manager to coordinate daily
activities and maintain the ongoing relationship with brand teams\
Understand guidelines including corporate branding, promotional material
development, Veeva PromoMats review, and corporate compliance\
Understand the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and
kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals, production, and archiving\
Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills\
Prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload\
Work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment\
Assist on print, digital, and video projects, including trafficking all
projects through the Agency\
Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all
projects are completed on time and within budget\
Assist with providing estimates and timelines\
Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule\
Track time on a daily basis\
Report to the assigned Ad Agency account manager\
Partner with the creative team on project initiatives\
Adhere to all company-wide financial policies
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems,
confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical
data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with
other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally,
drug products may be present in the workplace.
