The position as a Direct of D&I it to lead a team in Mexico and Colombia, providing insights in accessible way to drive efficient decisions for our business in each Market, both in short and long term.
Areas of Responsibility
Revenue (AdSale/ Afilliate) : Support AdSales and Afiliates product development and market approach by find data that can support clients decision. Working closely with VP of Sales and Afiliate, and their team, in order to support the business in Mexico and Colombia. This role must provide relevant data points and narratives to reinforce the value of WBD portfolio: Linear and Non-linear business, including Theatrical, Consumer Product and Games.
Consumer: Consistent support with data and research all company products development to understand needs of people’s media consumption (content and platforms) people are us) to support all business units regarding consumer intelligence. Provides and conduct consumer research with the aim to provide valuable insight to decision making.
Content: Provide insight that allow us to understand what the better performance in our content portfolio and what kind of content, in linear and non-linear we should investment, including the strategy behind LOPs for Max in Mexico and Colombia
Direct to consumer (Max) : Give full support to Max in Mexico and Colombia is Key, specially with the launch of Max Adlite. This role must understand the metrics and sales approach related to a digital player like Max, providing insight and supporting Adsales in the task
Areas of Accountability
The area is directly involved in AdSales Revenue, specially for Adlile, total involved with programing choices, partial involve in Local content investment decision and strategically supporting the WBD future production.

10+ Years of experience in Team leadership
Broad knowledge and experience in Marketing & Advertising Market Landscape
Broad knowledge and experience in Consumer Media Consumption
Above average skills in TV Industry or Media Industry, specially digital
Broad knowledge and experience in Digital Media Landscape
Ability to lead multifunctional groups of works
Fluent in English
Above average skills in Data Manager Platforms
General knowledge of Audience Platforms (such IBOPE, SOCIAL BAKERS, Tubular etc)
Desirable
Above average skills in Creativity
Above average skills in Pitch presentation
