Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations, or account management.

  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.

  • 3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages.

  • Experience solving problems and delivering impact as a contributor.

  • Ability to grow customer relationship management and work in a team environment, with excellent consultative skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

  • Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Use sourcing process and tools, gather role requirements or recommendations to identify talent or develop pipelines.

  • Build trust to uncover and anticipate issues, advocate and create a positive experience, and maintain a reputation for Google staffing with minimal guidance.

  • Partner with key business, staffing and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to common DEI objectives.

  • Partner with Recruiting teams and clients to address talent acquisition needs across clients or profiles.

  • Support pipeline management and pipeline strategy development, anticipating and identifying talent needs to align to business goals, and developing solutions to defined problems.
