BS Opportunity to Cash is looking people for a new project related to Order Management & Service contract management.

Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

• You will help us in supporting running operations of a Global Service Contracts team, focusing on the United States customers.

• As a contract manager interfaces with customers and functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers of Siemens.

• Influences customer to receive their PO’s and help to invoice them their services.

• You will work with SAP so is imperative to have knowledge on the platform.

You have experience in the field of Order management and Contract management in SAP

You have the ability to adapt yourself in a VUCA environment

You are willing to learn and understand operational processes.

You have a Finance or administration university degree.

You have SAP experience.

You are a team player and empathic with customers, stakeholders, and team members.

Advanced English Level

1 year of experience in customer service

1 Year of experience in contract management
