Product backlog management.
ITIL certification - Nice to have
Ideally, Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master certifications.
Mandatory experience in gathering requirements for ServiceNow ITSM (ITOM and SAM experience is desirable).
English level: B2/C1
Experience in creating business cases and roadmaps.
Process analysis expertise.
Leadership in requirement-gathering workshops.
Experience conducting maturity assessments.
