Your key responsibilities
Formulae modifications for safety, palette, cost, stability
Create substitutes to raw materials at risk
Collaborate with data scientists to continuously improve AI tools related to reformulation
Formula Management support & troubleshooting
Create extenders for naturals to ensure business continuity
Study raw materials replacement to comply with safety and regulatory
Complexity Reduction in the plants

You bring
At least 5 years-experience as a Perfumer or Technical Perfumer
Expert in olfaction raw materials and fragrances
Agility, flexibility, multitasking
Data driven
Digital ability to deal with different systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French
