Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Primary Care

About the Role:
As an RN with our client, you'll have the opportunity to practice pediatric primary care nursing in a personable, non-hospital environment. Your success will be measured by the quality of care you provide, not by volume or time constraints. You'll work closely with physicians, fellow nurses, and other team members to deliver world-class, comprehensive care to your patient panel.
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a pediatric RN in a hospital or outpatient clinic
Bachelor's degree required, BSN preferred
Active Florida RN license
Excellent communication and written skills
Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends
Positive attitude and proactive approach to patient care
Responsibilities:
Provide customized nursing care to a specific patient panel
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient health outcomes
Conduct all-inclusive visits to patients' homes and offices
Perform blood draws, IV therapies, and routine and travel vaccinations
Correspond directly with patients to foster trust and reliability
Document all interactions in the electronic medical record
