Description
We are offering a role in the distribution industry for those looking to advance in their careers with this Bookkeeper opportunity located in the Miami area.
Responsibilities
Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update customer credit records.
Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.
Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliation and Trial Balance.
Prepare Journal Entries and Income Statements.
Work closely with customers to resolve credit inquiries and disputes.
Provide regular account updates to management.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurate.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Continually improve and streamline the credit process for efficiency.
