You'll be responsible for everything from attracting top talent to managing benefits and ensuring compliance. This opportunity is a Monday-Thursday schedule (4 x 10 hour days) with Fridays off!

Responsibilities
Thrive in a dynamic role supporting a manufacturing client's employee lifecycle!
Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.
Manage comprehensive employee benefits (health, dental, vision) using Paylocity HRIS.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Assist with performance reviews and accurate payroll processing (Paylocity) for up to 225 employees.
Maintain employee records and manage other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business Administration)
Minimum 2-3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in manufacturing preferrable.
Proven experience with Paylocity payroll processing.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Excellent (fluent) communication skills in both languages English and Spanish.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with a discreet approach to confidential information.
