Job Description
Submitting orders to Italy & Brazil locations, then distributing to suppliers throughout the US. Quoting & Documentation for Transportation. Continuously drive efficiencies to enhance process accuracy, SOP compliance, communication and approval from stakeholders, mitigate risk and reduce implementation duration. Provide timely proposals. Form strong connections with suppliers/customers take ownership for them; adapt communication styles to meet individual needs. CRM and other data analytics tools to manage customer relationships; use social media to stay in touch with customers and industry trends. Ensure SOP management and its controls for approvals and change management (SOP change requests) are in place and conducted regularly and timely to ensure process compliance. Creating Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts. Pay is anywhere from $23-28/hr based on level of experience.

Skills and Requirements
* 2-3+ years of Logistics experience
* Freight Forwarding / Shipping Logistics / Supply Chain experience
* SAP experience
* Submitting Goods Receipts and Purchase Orders (POs)
* Quoting & Documentation for Transportation experience
* Maintaining supplier relationships - Working with clients, suppliers, or contractors; Problem solver with the ability to understand and respond to rapidly changing customer needs data driven
* Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects, objectives and deadlines Strong work ethic
* Competent with Microsoft Office applications -- Excel, Word, Outlook null
