The Concierge greets and provides support and resource information on the organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
Job Functions:
Welcomes Patients to the Center in a warm and friendly manner.
Take Patient information and put names on a waiting list.
Cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms and interacts with patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience.
Provides assistance and directions.
May provide tours.
May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of Customer Service experience.
Must be friendly and outgoing, prior medical experience preferred but not required
Ability to work under pressure
Computer knowledge
Bilingual, English and Spanish or English and Creole a plus but not required

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
