Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join their team. Position Overview:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company’s brand with a professional and friendly demeanor. You will be responsible for answering calls, managing appointments, and ensuring the front office operates smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional, welcoming attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
Manage scheduling of appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression for all visitors.
Assist with other office tasks, including supporting different departments as needed.
Ensure that all communications, both written and verbal, are handled in both English and Spanish.
Requirements
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Positive and professional demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience with phone systems and office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience working in an office setting or with customer interactions preferred.
