We are seeking an Assistant to join our team. We are a recycling company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and able to work in a small office/warehouse environment. If you like quiet and alone time this is the job for you. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, picking orders and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position. Must be fluent in english/spanish

Responsibilities
Provide support to Vendos
Enter Payroll, invoices, billings, prepare permitting paperwork and Organize the warehouse
Serve as a receptionist, answering phone
Enter orders and maintain records as needed - Assist with project coordination and help sales
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing files - Utilize Google to manage calendars, emails, and documents Skills:
