Lead Success Coach in
Miami Gardens, Florida
- Supervises and provides direct training to the appropriate staff on key factors needed to conduct the program's tasks and services
- Works with the Program Director to assess the development, learning patterns, and performance of each staff member
- Monitors a small caseload of level 0 participants and assists success coaches with the most difficult, sensitive, and specialized casework services
- Conduct at least bi-weekly supervision with success coaches including the reviewing of the success coaches' caseloads/participants' charts, referrals, progress notes, individualized care action plans (ICA), family stabilization requests, and many more
- Assess each participant that underwent the intake process with the intake specialist
- Assigns the level of severity (level 0/1/2) for each participant after the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) are completed by the intake specialist and success coaches
- Reviews and assigns new cases to the success coach that is the most suitable for the case
- Assists with the preparation of correspondence and reports
- Monitors and reports on performance procedures and contract measure targets
- Attends and maintains required training, certifications, and supervision to develop a strong knowledge base regarding job-related issues and trends
- Complies with Concerned African Women's code of conduct, policies, procedures, and other obligations
- Completes weekly reports of the services that are rendered each week
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the agency/Program Director
