Clean Aircraft - interior, exterior, polish bright work, clean carpets.

Potable Water Services
Anti-Ice Applications
Carry Passenger Bags
Escort/Move Vehicles,
Restock Aircraft Snacks/Beverages, Cleaning Supplies, Medicine Cabinet, Wash Hand Towels
Purchase Aircraft Stock
- Hangar/Office/Ramp/Parking Lot:
Trash Removal
Operate Hangar Floor Scrubber
Clean Facility (bathrooms, kitchen areas, coffee bars, lobby, etc.)
Snow Removal (ramp, parking lot, sidewalks)
Purchase aircraft stock (local grocery, online orders)
Landscape (mow, weed eat, mulch)
Wash Cars
Order Consumables
Passenger Shuttle Services
Customer Service Duties
- Additional Duties:
Assist Facility Manager - facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, escort third party contractors, scheduled building inspections, fuel testing, fuel ordering, security checks.
Assist Maintenance Technicians - help with miscellaneous scheduled and unscheduled maintenance items.
Any additional tasks or duties assigned by the Director of Aviation/Chief Pilot or Facility Manager
FORMAL EDUCATION:
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum 2 years of aircraft line service technician duties, high degree of professionalism, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, must maintain a high level of safety, confidentiality, and security.
Preferred:
3-5 years of aircraft line service technician duties.
Experience working in a customer service environment.
TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
Knowledge of Corporate Aviation in either private, charter, scheduled carrier, FBO, or MRO capacity.
Experience with Aircraft Towing
Experience with Aircraft Fueling
Experience with Aircraft Parking and Marshalling
Preferred:
Knowledge or experience with aircraft fuel farms, aircraft fueling trained, Spill and Containment Programs - NATA Trained and Certified
Knowledge or experience with aircraft towing - NATA Trained and Certified
Knowledge or experience with hangar doors
Knowledge or experience with ground support equipment (Aircraft Tugs, GPU's, Lavatory Carts, Potable Water Carts, Snowplows, Fall Restraint, Forklift)
Travel 5%
