Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on, dedicated, and experienced Day Shift Quality Supervisor/Manager responsible for overseeing all quality functions while managing a team of two quality technicians and a metrologist. Your expertise in CMM and vision system programming will be essential, as will your ability to work with production, communicate with vendors, have tough conversations, and hold team members accountable to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all quality assurance activities.
Lead a team of quality technicians and a metrologist to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Expertly program and operate CMM and vision systems.
Communicate regularly with vendors.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the quality department.
Essential Skills
2+ years of Quality Lead, Supervision, or Management Experience
5+ years of Quality Experience
Ability to program and operate CMMs and vision systems
Root cause analysis
Ability to communicate with vendors
Ability to read/write English and use Microsoft Office Software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with .0001 tolerances
Injection molding, machine shop, or automotive experience (tighter tolerances)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middlebury, Indiana .
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $33.00/hr.
