user.Job Summary Duties include: receiving and resolving incoming
telephone, written, and electronic communications from consumers;
providing product information and assisting with problem resolution,
periodically receive product returns, enter paperwork, and respond to
consumer emails. You will also be the primary contact for incoming
eCommerce sales.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Handle all inbound

Hold - Accept or Reject Respond to Amazon/Bazaarvoice reviews Respond to
Amazon/Bazaarvoice Q&A\'s Process Warranty Macro/Backup for Manager
Education and Experience Profile Bachelor\'s Degree or 2-4 prior
customer service/contact experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
Required Skills Excellent telephone and communication skills (both oral
and written). Organizational skills. Computer and typing skills
averaging 40wpm. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work in a fast-paced,
