JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Employee Benefits Corporation is
hiring for a Data Partnership Manager. The Data Partnership Manager
provides direction, oversight and execution of established strategic and
tactical plans that enable the organization to deliver superior services
to our clients. This role will lead and direct a team responsible for
data integration services, working directly with partner integration
specialists, developers, clients and third parties to implement and
support API and data integration solutions. They will be accountable for
improving data workstreams for clients, third parties and internal teams
to ensure process optimization and efficiency gains within our service
offerings. This person may work in our Middleton, WI office, or be
partially remote, (located in WI, IL, or MN only) depending on
availability. Must be available for one day of onsite training and
onboarding in person at our Middleton, WI office as well as available as
needed for onboarding team members and other Operations team meetings.
In office requirements are not expected to exceed more than a few times
a month, and some months may not be required to be in office at all and
may work entirely remotely if desired. Responsibilities Include:
Establish, promote, and foster a work environment that empowers
employees and focuses on continuous improvement, customer centricity and
collaboration Participate in the selection and onboarding of new team
members, and ensure staff knowledge and development through training,
coaching, and mentoring Establish team performance goals, provide
ongoing performance feedback, coordinate, and complete written annual
performance evaluations Lead team to identify key business trends and
solve challenges utilizing data Monitor and evaluate the team\'s daily
performance to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to
established goals Lead team to ensure process optimization and
efficiency gains within our service offerings Manage and own
relationships with business partners and third-party service providers
which enable client service business processes Work with clients to
define data points, integration systems and timelines Identify and
correct bad data, ensuring data integrity issues are escalated to proper
responsible parties, addressing data issues at the source Define and
communicate recommended process improvements and issues to key internal
and external resources regarding data quality Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree; may be substituted with four years of relevant work
experience Minimum three years of management experience working as a
leader and collaborator in a team-orientated environment including
proven experience with performance management Minimum three years of
progressive experience with data management Ability to conform to
shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and
