We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team in Midfield as a Center Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective operation of our clinic, where we provide best-in-class care to seniors.

Key Requirements:
Leadership experience in a medical setting with strong analytical skills
Ability to analyze data for improvement and report to Executive leadership
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team to ensure operational excellence
Analyze data to drive improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Executive leadership to achieve organizational goals
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical functions, medical billing, reimbursement practices, and quality improvement.
Proven track record in developing processes for exceptional customer service.
Ability to leverage business knowledge across functional areas and demonstrate emotional intelligence and integrity.
Self-motivated with creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Skilled in working with diverse populations and various levels of seniority.
Proficiency in budgeting and fiscal management preferred.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a regulated environment.
Experience with ECW strongly preferred.
Passion for mentorship and team development.
Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to implement practical solutions.
Proficient in PC skills.
