Position Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to assist Members First Credit Union to deliver on its mission: To encourage a better tomorrow. Collaborate with stakeholders to create and implement strategies for onboarding, training, career development and offboarding.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the employee development team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Actively participate in enterprise-level projects to ensure employee development considerations are integrated into organizational strategies and initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of employee training and education, including new employee orientation, skills development initiatives and ongoing learning opportunities.
