We are looking for an Apprentice for Building X segment, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as Digital training and content creator for cloud software solutions.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As Digital training and content creator some of your main activities will be:

• Provide support in project management and communication towards relevant collaborators.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of training concepts and offerings on a global scale.

• Collaborate and communicate with Product Management in headquarter to define learning module contents and align on training roadmap.

• Collaborate Research & Development to provide feedback coming from trainees and to align on feature and application details.

• Collaborate and communicate with Sales and Pre-Sales organization worldwide to collect requirement needs for training, suggestion for enhancement and to align on raining availability and readiness.

• Assist, define and prepare content creation of the e-learning material: writing, recording, editing, post-production, publishing.

• Collaborate and communicated with cross-functional departments and organizations worldwide.

• Your duties also include updating and maintaining the material following development of the product.

• In addition, you help the training team prepare presentations for internal and external collaborators.

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

• You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background in computer science (ITS Degree)

• Fluency in English is mandatory in this role.

• Initial experience, also non work related, on intranet, cloud environment and creating media (e.g. videos, infographics) is very welcome.

• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a changing environment.

• Passion to never-stop growing
