The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position

The Brand Manager, following the Brand Director’s guidelines, contributes to define the divisional strategy within the Hub, setting the distribution guidelines, the correct product mix and prices, analyzing the relevant competitors in the market. Versus HQ this role is recognized as the divisional point of contact within the country/HUB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a divisional point of contact vs HQ providing constant feedback and needs for different markets within the Hub

  • Exploit divisional potential together with Wholesale Directors and Sales Managers/Executives

  • Execute channel and product mix alignment analysis, providing proper output and propose actions

  • Work closely with Brand Director and Brand Coordinator to finalize the correct product mix, assortment and ASP, and define competitors analysis

  • Be able to communicate your divisional assortment strategies in a clear & concise manner through an engaging presentation technique during market launch sessions

  • Alignment with all channels and Sales teams before every selling season on ideal assortments that contributes to an elevated in-store brand experience for the consumer whilst maximizing revenues and profit;

  • Following Sales Campaigns, maintain active communication with all channels / Hub sales team to provide constant support and guidelines

  • Embrace the Consumer Assortments strategy from Division & add country relevance to ensure a premium, differentiated & elevated marketplace experience.

  • Ensure fully aligned, go-to-market (GTM) process for your assigned product category, from range plan thru to sell-in- and sell-out analysis, and ensure knowledge and best practices are constantly shared for your product category;

  • The Brand Manager travels in the Region ensuring an efficient collaboration with all sales teams

The Ideal Candidate

  • University Degree and at least 5 years’ experience in a structured and fast paced environment

  • Proven strategic thinking and project management experience gained within a fast-paced sales environment ideally within the apparel or retail

  • You’ll be a commercially astute and confident decision-maker, communicating with impact across all levels

  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace

  • You'll have excellent negotiation skills, always backing yourself with data & insights

  • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
