Support and independent review of risks
Preparation of customized offers for national and international customers
High-level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial work in a helpful and committed team
Italian and English-speaking communication with local and foreign brokers, customers, and colleagues of the company's own international network
Collaboration on interdepartmental and strategic projects
Steep learning curve and a variety of development opportunities
What you bring:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management, Sales Administration, Natural Sciences or a comparable course of study (international degree is an advantage), graduated in 2022 or 2023
Initial work experience through internships is an advantage, ideally in the insurance sector
Motivated by innovation and novelty
Readiness to be on a steep learning curve and agile comprehension skills
Ability to work in a team, as well as willingness to make decisions
Very good Italian and English language skills
MS Office skills
