In this role the candidate will collaborate with MKT and Sales Development Team to support the management of MKT materials and digital app. Ensures smooth communication with the Field Force. Assist in major congresses organization and preparation of technical documentation for public tenders.
A Day in the Life
• Follow the management / ordering of marketing material through custom points
• Independently follow the requests for marketing material approval on the MEDREVIEW
• Follow and update digital app (A-Team)
• Support on communication and operative mechanism with Field Force
• Support in preparation/on-site of internal staff meetings
• Support in preparation/on-site of main congresses
• Support in preparation of marketing plan
Must Haves
• Recently graduated from Bachelor or Master degree
• Fluent in Italian
• Good written and oral knowledge of the English language
• Based in Milan (Lombardy region is preferable)
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Nice to Haves
• The candidate should show flexibility, open to changes even last minute and passionate
• Degree in Bio medical engineering, pharmaceutical chemistry, management engineering, marketing or communication is preferable
• Have a good organization in the management of information, with good communication skills, be proactive.
• A positive approach of stress management is required
Internship/ Program details:
• Start date: September
• Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Working model: hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
