Job Description:
Our client is looking for a mid level PM to join their growing team,. They are a smaller group with a lot of work in the pipeline in partnership with Belt Built, so they are looking for someone hungry and willing to learn. Ideally someone who isn't afraid to go out in the field from time to time, and someone who wants to grow within the company. Daily tasks would include :
-assist with submittals
-assist with RFI's
-learning and completing daily reports
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Technologically sound : a lot of their work is performed within a cloud base, office wise.
Strong communication skills
Construction programming/software experience if possible
Understanding RFI/Submittals
5-10 years federal/large scale commercial experience.
