ManpowerGroup Sr. Analyst, 3rd Party Risk Management - Remote in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is looking for a Senior Analyst, 3rd Party Risk Management. This exciting new opportunity is a long-term/no end date W2 Contract position. This is a fully remote position but candidates must be willing to work 8am-5pm Pacific Time Zone. Candidates may reside anywhere in the US as long as they agree to the schedule/hours.

In this long-term contract role, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst - 3rd Party Risk Management with a strong aptitude for risk management fundamentals. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management across multiple business/functional units and/or multiple programs, coordinating activities/tasks within those groups. The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying client needs and providing innovative solutions to manage risks effectively. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and provide guidance to junior analysts is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of risk management fundamentals and apply them effectively in day-to-day activities.

  • Coordinate and manage programs across multiple business/functional units, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely completion of tasks.

  • Communicate effectively through written and oral means, delivering clear and concise messages to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

  • Identify client needs and develop innovative solutions to address risks and improve processes.

  • Demonstrate excellent prioritization and planning skills to effectively manage workload.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a highly distributed, multi-location work environment.

  • Guide and mentor junior analysts, providing support and fostering their continuous improvement and development.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites to perform data analysis, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience

  • 3+ years of third-party risk management, supplier management, contract management, risk management or relevant industry experience

  • Experience using systems such as Concur; Appzen; Sales Force

  • Strong aptitude for learning risk management fundamentals

  • Experience in program management across multiple business/functional units and/or multiple programs and coordinate activities/tasks within those groups

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites

  • Strong communication (written and oral) experience

  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible resource

  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to identify client needs and come up with innovative solutions

  • Ability to maintain active workload by excellent prioritization and planning skills

  • Availability to work in a highly distributed, multi-location work environment

  • Must be able to work in both independent and team environments

  • Must be able to guide junior analysts through tasks or questions with the mindset of continuous improvement and development of the team

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO

Minimum Salary: $50/hr - Maximum Salary: $55/hr
