Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin. This role will be rooted in the industry of finance and accounting and will be critical in maintaining our financial records and processing transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing invoice data entry and managing the accounts payable.
• Utilizing software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks.
• Performing account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Executing check runs to make payments to vendors and suppliers on time.
• Coding invoices to record transactions accurately.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Familiarity with Check Runs is needed
• Ability to handle Coding Invoices effectively
• Should possess strong Data Entry skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of Oracle system is beneficial
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus
