JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant Job ID 2025-9000 # of Openings 1 Type Full-Time State WI City Milwaukee Shift First Overview Provides administrative support to leadership in Operations, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. Supports business functions with tasks that are broad, varied, and confidential in nature. Responsibilities Drafts correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested. Schedules and coordinates events, meetings, travel, agendas, etc. Answers incoming calls, takes messages, screens and handles routine items to facilitate timely resolution and efficient use of resources. Assists with presentations and materials for quarterly/annual Coordinates office related invoices and expense reports and obtains appropriate approvals per audit Supports building management activities including, but not limited to occasional receptionist duties, supplies and related stock management, technology, maintenance requests, and mail management. Serves as point of contact/lead for a variety of company activities including facilitating communication, registration, and representation. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Skills Requirements Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidentiality sensitive company Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, flexible work Advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the Strong organizational skills with strong attention to Comprehensive experience with Microsoft office products and other software associated with assigned work. Ability to take independent action and solve problems with limited involvement from Advanced working knowledge of department functions and Educational Requirements Associate\'s degree in business field or equivalent education/experience Experience Requirements Two years experience in an assistant role, other support or equivalent experience in a professional service environment.
