JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manage the product requirements for Point of Sale (POS) applications for Latin America. Discuss and analyze client/business requirements and feasibility with the existing system. Organize discovery workshops with clients and Fiserv teams to understand requirements and design solutions. Prepare Business Requirement and Terminal Requirement Documents; provide SME support during development and implementation; and prepare and manage the certification process with Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover as well as with the various debit networks in each country. Identify product enhancements to align to the Latin American region and compliance requirements. Track compliance changes and work with all stakeholders to implement changes as required. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving business analysis or technical analysis experience in the financial services domain. Prior experience must include: 7 years working on acquiring or issuing certifications with VISA, MasterCard, Amex and Discover in the US and at least one Latin American country; 7 years implementing Visa and Mastercard mandates and recommendations in the US and at least one Latin American country; 3 years integrating Value Added Resellers (VARS) and Independent Software Developers (ISV) with Acquiring platforms in the US and at least one Latin American country; and Programming and certification on POS Terminal platforms including Verifone and Ingenico. 15% international travel required. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Email resume to: Fiserv.Recruitment_Resume@fiserv.com.
