JOB REQUIREMENTS: Install, dismantle, or move machinery and heavy
equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, or other drawings. CDL
Driver Responsibilities: Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical,
safety, and emergency equipment is in good condition; Collect delivery
instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and
routes; Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions safely,
following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and
loading equipment are properly positioned; Secure cargo for transport,
using blocks, chains, binders, softners, straps and tarps; Report
vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the
vehicles; Drive trucks to weigh stations before and after loading and
along routes to document weights and to comply with state regulations as
needed; Drive trucks with capacities greater than 40,000 lbs, including
tractor-trailer combinations, to transport and deliver equipment, or
other materials; Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and
collect payment for services when required. Inventory and inspect goods

local Millwright Responsibilities: Assistance with Installing, aligning,
taking apart and moving stationary industrial machinery and mechanical
equipment Operate hoisting and lifting devices Inspect and examine
company owned machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities
and malfunctions Adjust and maintain company owed machines and equipment
Lay out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drill holes
with power drill. Align machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks,
hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs. Assemble and
install equipment, using hand tools and power tools. Assemble machines,
and bolt, weld, rivet, or otherwise fasten them to foundation or other
structures, using hand tools and power tools. Attach moving parts and
subassemblies to basic assembly unit, using hand tools and power tools.
Bolt parts, such as side and deck plates, jaw plates, and journals, to
basic assembly unit. Conduct preventative maintenance and repair, and
lubricate machines and equipment. Dismantle machinery and equipment for
shipment to installation site, usually performing installation and
maintenance work as part of team. Construct foundation for machines,
using hand tools and building materials such as wood, cement, and steel.
Connect power unit to machines or steam piping to equipment, and test
unit to evaluate its mechanical operation. Dismantle machines, using
hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools. Fabricate and
dismantle parts, equipment, and machines using a cutting torch or other
cutting equipment. Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or
position parts, using hand tools and measuring instruments, to set
specified clearances between moving and stationary parts. Level bedplate
and establish centerline, using straightedge, levels, and transit. Move
machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
Operate engine lathe to grind, file, and turn machine parts to
dimensional specifications. Position steel beams to support bedplates of
machines and equipment, using blueprints and schematic drawings, to
determine work procedures. Weld, repair, and fabricate equipment or
machinery. Troubleshoot equipment, electrical components, hydraulics, or
other mechanical systems. Signal crane operator to lower basic assembly
units to bedplate, and align unit to centerline. Shrink-fit bushings,
sleeves, rings, liners, gears, and wheels to specified item *****
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical Demands: Use hands and
fingers fully; reach for, manipulate, and feel objects; kneel, crouch,
and/or crawl; Climb and maintain body balance on ladders, scaffolding,
or high structures; Lift and carry objects weighing up to 75 pounds;
