JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description The Hilton Milwaukee City Center is
seeking a strong replacement for our incumbent Director of Human
Resources who is taking the next step in their long career with Marcus
Hotels & Resorts. This professional will support the human capital needs
of our historic convention hotel. As the Director of Human Resources,
you will report to the Hotel\'s General Manager and directly oversee the
Human Resource services provided for the Hilton City Center as well as
our Milwaukee market shared Accounting, Sales and Reservations offices,
totaling approximately 360 associates. Connected to the newly expanded
Baird Center the Hilton Milwaukee City Center is Milwaukee\'s largest
hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers
729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting
and event space. At the Hilton Milwaukee, we pride our self on

upscale amenities and superior style. What will you be doing? * Oversee
all areas of Human Resources administration. This includes but is not
limited to associate relations, recruiting and onboarding, training and
development, benefit administration, leave of absence, workers
compensation, policy compliance, union relations, culture building, and
community involvement. * Directly oversee the Human Resources staff,
which consists of a Human Resources Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. * Lead labor
relationships with two (2) unions that includes but is not limited to
contract negotiations, contract compliance, contract training, and
grievances. * Provide guidance on associate relations issues such as
investigations, coaching/counseling, and policy enforcement. *
Recommend, evaluate and support Hilton and Marcus Hotels\' brand
training and development programs, as well as remain current with
industry trends in order to make necessary enhancements. * Facilitate
annual goal setting, performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus
payouts for all eligible associates. * Develop annual budgets for
salaried labor and HR operating expenses. Ensure expenses are forecasted
correctly on a monthly basis. * Act as a member of the Executive
Committee. Understand how to best support operational departments by
working closely with your peers. * Serve as a strategic partner who
helps develops high potential leaders and advocates for their
progression. * Champion associate recognition and service excellence
programs such as employee of the month, celebrating positive guest
surveys, encouraging cross-departmental appreciation, and continuing to
