world. What We Need: Brady is looking for a driven, passionate, talented
digital merchandiser to join our growing team! This role is responsible
for generating revenue and driving customer engagement by optimizing the
shopping funnel to create an intuitive online experience, whether the
customer is researching or buying. The digital Merchandiser will
leverage historical data, key ecommerce metrics (eg traffic, conversion,
average order value), and customer feedback to make data-driven
decisions to further drive results. This role collaborates with Global
Product Managers, Marketing, Digital Product Management, User
Experience, Digital Marketing, and Product Content Management. The
