JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Mead & Hunt is a national,
full-service architectural and engineering firm that has been serving
markets for well over a century. We provide clients with expert
planning, architecture design, engineering, environmental and
construction administration services across a wide variety of market
sectors, including transportation (aviation, highways, roads and
bridges), food and beverage processing, renewable energy, municipal
infrastructure, military, telecommunications, cultural resources, and
hydropower and water resources. We have an opportunity available for an
Environmental Project Manager to join our EPC Group in our West Allis,
WI office. Responsibilities include: Serve as project manager and/or
project engineer on small to medium sized projects. Serve as internal
resource for permitting and regulatory assistance other development and
construction projects within Mead & Hunt. Serve as a technical resource
and/or mentor. Lead marketing pursuits and act as a client contact.
Assist with development of engineering agreements for projects.
Responsible for schedules, work in progress, and timely completion of
projects. Prepare forecast of workload for projects, coordinate pricing,
estimating, and scoping for proposed projects. Prepare or directs
preparation and modification of reports, plans, schedules, studies,
permits for projects. The successful candidate must have the following:
Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in engineering PE license in WI (other
states desirable) At least 8 years of relevant experience The ideal
candidate will have any/all of the following: Ability to manage multiple
projects at one time including tracking schedule and budget. Ability to
interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical
or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,
professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental
regulations. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages,
ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to apply
mathematical concepts such as air emission factors. Project experience:
Air Emission Inventories, and Construction and Operation Permit
Applications Hazardous Waste Inventory Reporting SARA Title III
Reporting (Tier 2 and Form R) Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Annual Reporting
Environmental Management System Plans and Ongoing Environmental
Reporting Assistance for Numerous Industries Regulatory Compliance
