You will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing growth
strategies, and agent channel marketing activities to drive profitable
growth and market share for the Equipment North America (EqNA) field
business.You will assist with driving concept development and develops
and leads program components. Takes ownership over meeting financial
targets. How you will do it *Supports NA leadership, areas and local
markets in the development of strategic marketing and programs to
facilitate HVAC equipment sales growth. *Works in collaboration with
other Marketing teams and directors across the business to lead and
develop programs that drive and support our complementary growth
objectives. *Develops programs and leverages CI metrics to ensure our
key growth strategies are delivering results: Portfolio Sell, Basis of
Design, Hidden Chiller Market, Commercial Unitary Equipment, and
Optimization offerings. *Responsible for supporting EqNA leadership
team with analytics and direction on ways to optimize our channels and
offerings to grow HVAC Equipment sales and market share. *In
