JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Executive Assistant to President
provides project, administrative, and clerical support to the President
of Divine Savior Holy Angels (DSHA) High School and the DSHA Board of
Directors to assist with achieving the goals of the school. Also
interacts extensively with the internal and external high school
community and with members of the Administrative Team, Strategic
Council, Advancement Department and Board of Directors. In this role,
the Executive Assistant to President is a key ambassador for DSHA and
embraces and exhibits dedication to our mission to all our constituents.

Approx. \$23-32/hour based on experience, plus competitive benefits
package Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive administrative support
to the DSHA President, including facilitating confidential information,
completing general correspondence, work processing, etc. Maintains the
President\'s calendar and travel schedule. Provides administrative
support to the to the DSHA Board of Directors, including preparing
agendas and materials for the meetings, facilitating confidential
information, and managing the use of DropBox, taking, and compiling of
minutes and keeping official records of Board business and bylaw
changes. Provides administrative support to the to the Board Governance
committee, including preparing agendas and materials for the meetings,
facilitating confidential information, and managing the use of DropBox,
taking, and compiling of minutes and keeping official records of
committee business. Attends the Finance and Building Grounds committee
