Systems Assistantyou will beworking in the Finance and Administration
Department. Purpose Provide monitoring, maintenance, and functional user
support related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and imaging
applications. This position currently supports the Oracle, OnBase, and
Banner systems at MCW. MCW is implementing the Workday ecosystem; future
ERP support will also include the Workday Financial Suite. In addition,
the position will support Microsoft Office, Wrike Project Management,
Business Intelligence Cubes, and other business applications. All work
will be performed in compliance with departmental quality standards for
timeliness, accuracy, format, and documentation. All sensitive data will
be safeguarded and held in strict confidence. Primary Functions Monitor,
troubleshoot, and resolve helpdesk tickets and financial systems service
requests related to the ERP and other financial applications. Escalate
to Financial Systems Associate as appropriate. Setup, maintain, and
document ERP system configurations. Support project work including
attending meetings, take meeting notes, document to-do items, and
scheduling meetings. Assist with testing and documentation of
implementation, enhancement, and patching projects. Assist with testing,
configurations, documentation, or other implementation activities
related to the Workday ERP, as assigned. Maintain all policies and
procedures related to assigned responsibilities as well as for
functional users. Also assist with development and maintenance of system
process documentation. Participate in lean process evaluation and value
stream mapping for Finance Office processes. Knowledge - Skills -
Abilities Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
suite, and automated accounting software. Beginning critical thinking,
problem solving, analytic, and diagnostic skills. Advanced verbal and
written communication skills. High standards of productivity and
accuracy and an excellent service attitude. Ability to demonstrate a
high level of initiative, exercise judgment and operate in an
environment with multiple, competing and frequently changing priorities.
