Job Overview We have a newly created opportunity for an IT Analyst, Master Data Management to join our organization as a key member of our Corporate IT team. The IT Analyst, Master Data Management will play a critical role in defining, coordinating, implementing, and technically enabling MDM for data across various systems relevant to Komatsu North America Region and Global Mining. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional business and IT teams to define MDM requirements, implement data governance policies and procedures, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across the organization. This individual will work closely with senior management to drive MDM best practices, provide technical expertise, and support the implementation and ongoing management of MDM solutions. Additionally, this individual will provide leadership, guidance, and support for master data management activities within the data team for Komatsu Corporate IT. Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, define, and document master data requirements and business rules for MDM implementation. Design and develop data models, data mappings, and data integration processes to support the accurate and efficient management of master data across various systems and applications. Coordinate and facilitate data cleansing, data quality assessment, and data standardization activities to ensure the integrity and consistency of master data. Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and configuration of an MDM tool and solution, working closely with IT teams and vendors.
