Overview We have a new opportunity for an IT Project Manager based out
of our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL.The IT
Project Manager is responsible for organizing, reporting, and managing
the outcomes of IT projects. Management of internal teams, vendors and
partners we use to modernize, upgrade, and deploy new technologies. Key
Job Responsibilities Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout
the entire project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence
to standards of scope, budget, and timeline. Develop comprehensive
project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and
coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project
phases, from initial development through implementation. Monitor project
progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable
items, such as milestones and deliverables. Sets and communicates
project deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes
progress of projects. Builds and maintains working relationships with
team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.
Prepares reports for the leadership team regarding status of project
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to allocate
resources effectively and ensure project tasks are completed on
schedule. Effectively communicates relevant project information. Act as
the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates
on project progress, milestones, and any issues that arise. Monitor
project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial
